If you have any concerns about a BetterThingsHome product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

We’re in the office Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, excluding national holidays. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. 

 

When to Expect Your Order

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM PST, it will be processed starting the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

Currently due to COVID-19, shipments may experience some delays. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your orders, please feel free to reach out through the “Contact Us" page with your order confirmation number. 

 

Our Return Policy

We are able to accept merchandise purchased from our website at betterthingshome.com within 30 days of purchase.

If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

If your BetterThingsHome product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item to your original method of payment.

If your BetterThingsHome products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to the point of sale.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of use, you may be subject to a partial refund of the original item(s) cost.

Please note: BetterThingsHome offers complimentary standard shipping with orders of $39 and above. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

 

How to Return an Order

If you wish to return a BetterThingsHome product purchased from our website at betterthingshome.com , please contact us at support@betterthingshome.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.

Please use the original packaging, if possible.

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

Please note: BetterThingsHome is not responsible for providing the cost of return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
